City of Brookfield — Portillo’s is up and running. Dick’s Sporting Goods is scheduled to open next week.

Soon, they’ll have company.

Developer Irgens has announced a trio of new tenants for The Corridor, its 66-acre mixed-use project in Brookfield.

The tenants include an Associated Bank, an AT&T retail store and an office branch of Charles Schwab & Co.

The Associated Bank will feature a full-service lobby, a drive-thru and a 24-hour ATM machine with deposit capability.

AT&T will measure 5,000-square-feet and is expected to open in January of 2017.

Charles Schwab & Co. will occupy 4,200-square-feet and is expected to open in November.

In addition to the new tenants, Irgens has also started its renovation of the Ruby Farmhouse. The project will include internal remodeling with the goal of accommodating both office and retail occupants in the 2,000-square-foot space.
